Safety clinic wear

I am ordering all of your safety clinic wear...
If you look on the right side of the blog you will be able to see how much things are starting to cost us, who to pay and when it is due.  I have ordered your shoes and your shorts.  I have a guy working on the shirts.  Also, I need to know how many of you are needing spankies.  I will not be giving any thing to anyone until you have paid for it.  That is the rule for the whole year.

Thanks, have a happy day!

Cheer Shorts

I was going to talk to you girls Monday morning, but I forgot.  So, I have no problem with you girls wearing cheer shorts to practice.  It is what we wear and it serves our purpose.  But, some of you have taken the next step and turned them into butt shorts.  If I can see your spankies under them, they are to short.  Some of you roll the waistband to make them intentionally shorter.  I think you know when  you have crossed that line.  There are some cheer shorts you are supposed to roll the waist, like the white ones we are getting.  But, you are only supposed to roll them ONCE.  We have boys walk in and out when we are practicing, we have teachers walk in and out and parents also.  Butt shorts are inappropriate and I don't need to see them.  Butt shorts are not an attractive look on anyone, it doesn't matter how small you are.  It just looks like you are wearing your little sisters shorts (and some of you don't even have little sisters as that excuse, lol) So, you have been warned.  If you wear but shorts, you will get demerits for inappropriate practice wear.  We do not need that image to affect our reputation.

Summer Camp

I am working on a summer camp.  It will be some time in the last 2 weeks of July.  Also, it will be a home camp.  I was debating on traveling for camp, but to do so, we have to take a bus and pay for the bus driver and the bus fuel out of the cheer account.  I don't feel like that is a wise use of our money.  That is why we are having a home camp.  As soon as I know the dates for sure and the cost I will let you know.

Info I need...

OK, now that the team is picked there are a few things we need to take care of.
1. I need every ones cell numbers.  I contact you by cell if there is something you need to know about.
2. Check the blog often, I put info, updates and things on the the calendar sporadically.
3. We will start practices next week to get ready for safety clinic.
4. I will decide officers and get them posted soon.  I will be going off judges score, people skills, and who I think has the ability to do the job.
5. Also, I would like these moms to go to safety clinic with me to get certified.  Lori Chappell, Millie Anderson and Cheryl Hunt.
6. Also, let your moms know that I have the moms help chaperon away games sometimes.  I forgot to tell them that at the parent meeting.
